Retailer Satisfaction Survey Now Available
The Maryland Lottery is conducting its 2025 Retailer Satisfaction Survey, and participating retailers will have a chance to win a book of scratch-off tickets.
The annual survey helps the Lottery’s Sales Division to understand how our retail partners view the Lottery’s performance, and provides insights to assist us — and you — in growing sales. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and is available in three languages through Monday, July 7 at the following links:

Retailers also received an email invitation to take the survey in a message sent on June 5, 2025.
Each retail location is asked to complete the survey only once. And each location that completes the survey will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one of five $1 scratch-off books — a $200 value.
