SCRATCH-OFF ORDERS

IT’S EASY TO RESTOCK your Lottery scratch-off inventory — we automatically do it for you! We auto order scratch-offs on Mondays through Wednesdays for most Lottery retailers. Download the Retailer Scratch-Off Order Sheet.

  • WHO GETS AUTOMATIC ORDERS?
    Retailers with 10-week scratch-off sales averages above $1,000.
  • WHO DOES NOT GET AUTO ORDERS?
    Retailers with 10-week scratch-off sales averages below $1,000. These retailers may place email or voicemail orders for instant tickets at any time.
  • HOW TO PLACE ORDERS
    • YOU CAN place an additional scratch-off order one hour after you receive and confirm your automatic order. Tel-Sell will do same-day processing of orders placed by 3:30 p.m.
    • YOU MAY place an additional order up until noon on Friday.
    • YOU CANNOT place an order for additional scratch-offs on Fridays if your auto-order day is Monday.
    • REVIEW ORDER SHEETS. Our Order Sheets are a great tool to consult before placing an order. Click on the link below to view the latest month’s order sheet.
    • EMAIL: Tel-Sell will reply to all emailed orders and let you know if it will or will not fill your order. Email orders to [email protected].
    • VOICEMAIL: Tel-Sell does not reply to voicemail orders. If Tel-Sell will not process your order, Tel-Sell will inform your Lottery district sales manager so he or she can alert you. Place voicemail orders at 1-866-832-1477.
