LOTTERY WINS LAST WEEK TOTALED NEARLY $29.3 MILLION, WITH
30 TICKETS WORTH $10,000 OR MORE

A couple from Aberdeen claimed a $1 million Maryland Lottery scratch-off prize last week, while another scratch-off player in Denton was a $100,000 winner and six players won $50,000 each in Brooklyn Park, Gaithersburg (2), Montgomery Village, Towson and Waldorf. Across Maryland, and across all games, the Lottery paid nearly $29.3 million in prizes during the week of Feb. 3-9, including 30 tickets worth $10,000 or more that were sold or redeemed in that seven-day span.
